Bioengineering Morals

This is a very interesting video that talks about the ethics of bioengineering. It starts off by going though the milestones of bioengineering and then to more recent advancements. Each newer advancements gets more and more shocking. Which then begs the question of when do ethics and morals get involved. When do we stop creating these Frankenstein like monsters for our own entertainment. How far must we go before we start destroying life and recreating our own environment and playing god? When is the line going to be crossed and who is in charge of monitoring this?
